Job Profile
Implement the Marketing strategies
Arrange for the CMEs and conferences
Ensure the look of a Beams Mascot in every employee, by ensuring proper uniforms and a groomed and warm look.
Ensuring a proper reception – telephone etiquettes, reception norms and reports.
Co-ordinate trainings
Patient Relations
Ensure that every patient is attended to as per the set norms – Registration and Admission
Every walk-in patient is registered at the Reception
Every patient is assured minimum time before she is directed to the Consultant
Ensuring proper counselling to the patients on patient’s first hand queries, facilities at the Hospital and the Beams Experience through the Reception staff.
Ensure optimal staff at the reception through the management of the duty roster.
Responsible for the Patient Feedback bank
Ensuring prompt and punctual feedback to the concerned departments on the patient feedback.
Ensuring that the irate customers are counselled properly and also for damage control.
Collect accurate patient/caller and referral doctor data
Answer all the concerns and complaints of the Patients.
Ensure a punctual contact with the admitted patient through 3 rounds in the day to every patient bed.
Upkeep of the Facility
Ensure optimal Housekeeping and Pantry services through the agency.
Ensure that the centre is kept at an excellent maintenance in reference to the Plumbing, electrical, gardening, facade and interiors.
Ensure an efficient and timely pantry service
Ensure quality and hygiene at the pantry
Supervise the Security services
