Requirements:

Should be M.E./ M.Tech. from reputed engineering colleges

1 - 5 years of experience in CAD/CAE/FEA product design and development

Good programming background with C++/VC++/Open GL/CAA architecture

Should be good at analytical skills and aptitude for geometry

Experience in one of following areas development will be necessary:
* FEA pre and post processing in CATIA V5/V6 or Abaqus Finite Element suite of programs.
* Simulation Lifecycle Management (SLM) line of products
* CAD Development in SolidWorks or CATIA V5/V6

Good at communication, problem solving, analytical skills, Self motivated

Position Outbound Retentions, UK in Pune

Process Description

- To retain customers through a variety of outbound campaigns both prior to and after notice of termination is given by the customer
- Increase and extend customer tenure, by locking customers in for a further 12/18 months whilst providing excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any customer issues/queries
- Ensure a proactive, friendly and knowledgeable approach is maintained at all times resulting in high levels of customer care and service commensurated with company standards
- Occasional inbound retention activity as and when required

-Verbally demonstrate the features and benefits of 3 products and services and information concisely, accurately and in an enthusiastic manner
