Job Description

1) Assist customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Dassault Systemes suite of PLM Products.

2) Reproduce customer issue in-house, this may require recreating the customer environment in-house.

3) Determine source of customer problem (product based, installation and administration issue) and suggest bypass methodologies if available.

4) Submit and track issue with Development Team and Validate Solutions provided by development team.

5) Coordinate communications between yourself, development team, and the customer

6) Organize calls with customer to converge upon a resolutions

7) Coordinate efforts with R&D and other DS teams to meet customer’s targets

8) Manage defect communications between Dassault Systems Support & the customer

Desired Profile

1) 1 to 3 years experience CAD domain. PLM knowledge added advantage.

2) Must be able to help customers and Development Team analyze and diagnose complex system problems via telephone or e-mail and make sound judgments based on deciding priorities.

3) Manage multiple issues simultaneously in a provided timeline

4) Strong negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills

5) General Database knowledge & experience (DB2 or Oracle required; MYSQL) is a added advantage

6) Basic OS knowledge (Windows, AIX, Linux required; Solaris is a plus) is a added advantage
