Job Description
Full-cycle of Recruitment & Staffing, Proficient on resume search Portals like Monster, Net Temps, Dice.com, Work closely with the candidates for: Resume Preparation, Interview Scheduling, Able to Multi-Task & Sense of Urgency, Strong IP & RB Skills. He/She will be involved in Sourcing CVs, technical screening, negotiating rates, Hiring W2, Corp-Corp, HIB, 1099consultants, manage the hiring & feedback process for the candidates. Understanding of requirement from client as well as technical team.
Desired Profile
Sound knowledge of IT concepts & latest trends Strong communication & Interpersonal Skills Well versed with Monster, Dice, Hot jobs etc. Knowledge of 1099, W2, Corp-Corp work format in US Ready to Relocate to West Delhi and for Night Shift US timing. MS/BS in Computer Science / MBA, Excellent Inter-personal, Organizational and Excellent Communication skills are a must. Will prefer Candidates who have prior experience in US recruiting
