Job Profile
Formulate annual and monthly Sales plan and implement Sales strategy
: Cold Calls, meeting up with physician, Clinics, Corporates, General Public etc.,
: Monitor market trends to identify business opportunities
: Review and evaluate activities and achievements of all sales staff
: Conduct training for other sales staff
: Prepare monthly sales and reports to BD Manager.
: Set up the clinical research organisation
: Branding of the hospital through different channels, overall business development activities
: Promotional activities and its services to different sectors overall concept sale of the area assigned
Relationship management with retails clients /advertising agencies and maintainer
relations with them for ensuring continued business and profitability
: Meeting up Corporates, Business Establishments, Govts. Etc.,

Duty hours: as per the working schedule at the center
Education : MBA
Experience : 5+
JOB SUMMARY
To be an expertise in terms of generating business externally and internally
To develop short & long term sales objectives in tune with the strategic direction of the company
To plan and execute the monthly and yearly sales calendar
To build, coordinate and manage the business development team at the corporate & hospital level
Salary Rs 3,00,000 PA - Rs 3,50,000 PA
Education Degree MBA
