2] Attending the breakdown of machines related to Mechanical, Pneumatic & Hydraulic failure.

3] Generated database to find out & monitor machine down time under various reason & coding the reasons, there by generating periodical reports of downtime.

4] Solving technical problems & taking care of shortages.

· Project: Designing & Installation of an air generation & preparation unit for SMT Machine:

1] Study of present compressor system.

2] Find out air requirement for SMT machine & accordingly planned for Compressor, air preparation units, filters & air dryer.

3] Bring the quotations from compressor manufacturers, holding technical discussions,negotiations, order finalization & give recommendations for manufacturer and model.

4] Placing purchase order & successful installation of compressor, receiver & Dryer.

5] Providing air lines, welded pipe lines to convey air to air consuming devices & machines.

· Undertake infrastructure improvement projects. Play a leading role during plant expansion activites at Shanti electric instruments, Mumbai, sister concern of Rishabh for Managing a civil, electric, plumbing , Pneumatic work & Machine installations.

· Installation of Material handling system: A vertical CNC based material handling system successfully installed at Shanti electric Instruments, Mumbai sister concern of Rishabh & give training to maintenance team of Mumbai for operation & programming.

· Carry out departmental activities according to ISO 9001 quality management system standard.

· Installation Of Siemens make communication system HIPATH 3550 with PRI line at Rishabh check working, Monitoring & give training of operation & programming to users.

· Production support team member:- Team member of production support team in the company which takes care of production. This activity is carried out in co-ordination with purchase, production & PPC Dept.

Position : Maintenance Engineer

Location : New Plant at Anand (Gujarat) (initial 2 – 3 months would be at Mumbai for Induction and Training).

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

 Supervise maintenance of Injection Molding machines, PET Fiber Extrusion Lines and drill/fill machines

 Generate and track maintenance reports and trends with focus on machine down time and rate loss and maintenance labor efficiency

 Make the maintenance team skills improve by on the job training sessions.

 Establish a Preventative Maintenance Program and regularly verify that it is applied and its effectiveness is proven

 Give support to the planner and the production manager in order to generate a production schedule that optimizes change-overs number and duration

 Trouble-shoot equipment

 Prioritize and complete assignments on time

 Make decisions within scope of responsibility

Candidate Profile

Objective:

Manage all maintenance resources for a 3 shift high volume manufacturing operation (Injection Molding, Fiber Extrusion and Drill/fill) at the costs, quality and safety levels required.

Qualifications:

 BS in Engineering or Manufacturing operations

 10+ years of production experience in a high volume manufacturing environment

 Top-notch trouble shooting, repair, and preventive maintenance skills

 Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

 Excellent safety behavior, organization skills, and technical ability

 Interact/work well with all level of employees

 Understanding of good manufacturing practices, continuous improvement, and quality control

 English fluent both speaking and writing

 Flexibility to work overtime when needed (occasional Saturdays & extended shifts)
