•Job profile:
-Extensive experience building web-based enterprise-level applications (at least 4 years)
-Thorough understanding of and hands-on experience in the development of all layers of enterprise applications to analyze system scalability, integration, and performance issues as well as internationalization utilizing either Unicode and/or multi-byte databases.
-Thorough understanding of MS technologies including -- Visual Studio.Net, Visual Source Safe, SQL Server, Windows 2000 Server, IIS and the IE browser platform. Should be very hands on in .Net development tools, C#, and Design Patterns. Should be able to design application architecture; choose design patterns, frameworks, tools; write code; review code; refactor code etc.
-Strong working knowledge of SOA architecture and technologies: SOAP, WSDL, XML, XSD
-Should have experience in the design and architecture of complex commercial applications for overseas clients.
-Should have good communication skills and leadership skills.
