Requirement Details:
• 3 months - 1 yr. of experience on end to end technology recruitment, both vanilla and niche skills.
• Sourcing through various sources, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer roll out, & on boarding.
• Should be able to source through Job Portals, Social Networking, References, and Head Hunting etc as well as to innovate new recruiting techniques.
• Excellent Understanding of Technology recruitment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication.
• MIS reporting.
