Job Profile
Recruitment:
1. Getting JD/KRA/KPI from Senior HR Team for the vacant positions communicated by them
2. Sourcing, screening, short listing & arranging interviews through various portals, referrals, Internet & database searches, job postings.
3. Schedule telephonic & personal interview between candidate & panels
4. Sending personalized mails ,JD ,Company profile to candidates
5. Handling candidate queries
6. Update the review & interview status by panels in the recruitment track
7. Attending to walk-in & call-in candidates.
8. Keep candidates posted and interested with the feedback if selected.
9. Coordinating the post interview formalities
10. After candidates joined taking feedback and reference from candidate.
11. Maintenance of HRIS
12. Co-ordination with HR Team in every activity
13. Identification of suitable resources.
14. Handling salary negotiations and compensation administration, making offer letters.
15. Perform reference checks on potential employees.
HRIS Generation and Exit Interview:
1. Ensure generation of weekly & monthly HRIS.
2. Taking Exit interview & giving Feedback to the management.
3. Issuing of Offer letters, Appointment letters, Termination/Suspension letters & maintenance of Personnel Records.
4.Updating the records in left cases.
5.Assuring clearance process, Relieving and full and final settlement.
Candidate Profile
Eligibility : MBA –HR
Experience : 1-4 years
