I) Position Summary
Our clients ITeS & BPO Solutions are targeted at helping Contact centers and Enterprises to benefit from deploying emerging technologies in their operations in most efficient yet cost effective manner leading to enhanced efficiency and profitability.
Some of the services that are being launched are Inbound & Outbound Hosted Contact center services. These services would allow existing contact centers and enterprises to shift from their current capex model to an opex model for deploying the intricate technology used in the contact center environment.
In the current business model the customer relationship is managed by dedicated Account Managers who are assisted by a group of Solution Architects. The role envisages the incumbent to provide leadership and guidance for promoting / pushing the Hosted contact center offering and manage the same with revenue and profit responsibility and provide support to the Account Managers and Solution architects to sell the Service offering in respective accounts.
Major Activities (Responsibilities)
a) Develop the ecosystem of contact center/partners in their respective region
Identification of key partners in each region who will partner with us to promote the hosted contact center services in the US & UK markets.
Develop and define the engagement model by identifying the core areas of partnership.
Push our various product / service offerings in the Hosted Contact Center space to bring in incremental revenues from each partnership.
Own and deliver the target revenues from each partnership.
b) Anchor Customer Acquisition among various verticals in respective regions
Championing of Hosted Contact Center offering with prospective customers in key verticals like BFSI, Travel & Tourism, Media & Entertainment, Retail by engaging the Account & Solution Architect team.
Lead acquisition of customers for each service offering
Preparation of presentations and presentation to the top management of prospective enterprise customers.
Providing the contact center expertise and consultancy to the sales team and their customers.
Own and deliver the target revenues from their respective regions.
3) Requisite Skills:
Technical : ITeS / BPO segment Exposure (Preferable)
Functional
In-depth knowledge of Contact Center industry, technologies employed with a proven track record of delivering revenue targets.
Knowledge of Telecom product offerings
Existing relationships at various layers within the contact center industry and its environment.
Understanding of Business Processes, Requirement Analysis

Relationship Management Skills
4) Work Experience
7-12 years experience in an IT/ITES/System Integrator company focused on ITeS/BPO segment
