Job Profile
· Monitoring service activities of the area through dealer service head & team of service personnel.
· Responsible for warranty administration of the area through dealer
· Manage key accounts of the area through packaging of service and spares delivery
· Identify, assess and update training needs of service personnel with regards to soft skills and competency in handling different machine models.
Handling institutional customers as regards to direct sale of spare parts and capital equipments.

Total Experience (Yrs) : 7 +
Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 5 +
Educational Qualification : BE / Diploma
Specific Requirements (If any)
· SAP knowledge preferred
· Exposure to Hydraulics
