Job Description
•Assistant Admin & Facility Manager who will be able to handle Hospitality, Housekeeping, Canteen, Security, Statutory compliances, Event Management and day to day admin related activities. Minimum qualification is Graduate and minimum 10-15 year experience.
•Admin Executive who will be able to handle Access Control System & Space Management - Updation of the transaction on daily basis, Weekly report and present as per requirement, Event Management and day to day admin related activities. Minimum qualification is Graduate and 8-10 year experience
•Admin Executive who will be aware of Billing process, payment, Online SAP system, etc. Minimum qualification is Graduate and 5 year experience
•Admin Executive who will be aware of Insurance process, settlement of claims, New Joinee Data Process & Maintain Database, HRMS update, Onsite Return Employee coverage, etc. Minimum qualification is Graduate and 5 year experience
Receptionist with minimum 5 years experience and Graduate, Good spoken English, Well aware of computer with MS office, etc.
