Job Description:
Handling inbound calls for Client
Includes voice technical support to client
Includes Email Support to cater requests.
Provide L2 support for Service Desk, Incident Management
Being in an ITO, have a direct interaction with customers.
Troubleshoot issues related to applications (like MS Office, MS Outlook etc).
Supporting the Employees of HP in the US with thier hardware and software related issues such as VPN, Routers,Modems,Incident Management and all kinds of softwares that the Company uses
Work on the ticketing tool
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be flexible to work in Night & Rotational shifts
Excellent communication skills
Any Graduate/Post graduate
Experience: 0-2yrs
NP: 1week-15days
The candidates who are ready to attend the F2F Interview on Fri & Sat (7th May’10 or 8th May’10) in Mumbai.
