- Level 1 technical support for resolving technical problems related to Active Directory, server operating systems (Windows 2003).
-Knowledge of Managing and maintaining MS Windows Server 2003.
-Knowledge of Planning, Maintaining and Implementing Windows Server 2003 ActiveDirectory.
Desired Profile
- BPO experience is must.
- Minimum 1 yr experience in providing technical support related to Active Directory, server operating systems (Windows 2003).
