Position : Client Servicing @ PrintStop India
Role & Responsibilities
• Under the direction of the Store Manager, to be responsible for executing store specific sales strategies, conducting area surveys, competition data gathering, meeting potential clients (cold calling / tele calling / references), giving quotations, converting clients and servicing them on regular basis
• Survey the area and identify potential clients for business
• Meet Clients through cold calling / tele calling / references etc; understand requirements, prepare quotations, convert clients
• Continuously follow-up with clients for continuous business
• Liaison between the Operations team and the client and ensure excellent service, quality and timely deliverable
• Implement sales / marketing strategies as decided by the Management from time to time
• Meet sales targets as set out by Management
• Collect data on competitors in the area and report to Management
• Daily / weekly reporting as authorized by Management
• When in the store, assist Management in servicing walk-in clients as the need may be
• Update company portfolio on regular basis
• Any other responsibilities from time to time as authorized by Management
Skills Required
• Graduate in any discipline. Or Diploma with Sales/ Client Servicing background
• 0 -2 yrs in retail Industry, heading / handling one complete section / area.
• Retail/Print industry knowledge
• Pricing, budgeting and forecasting
• MIS & Reporting
• Technical – MS-Office, Internet
• Good Communication Skills
Experience: 0-2yrs
Compensation : Best in the industry
Location : Mumbai
