Job Description: -
To coordinate between clients(International) & the in-house processing (operations) team.
Resolve client’s queries and issues via phone, email and chat.
Manage the project schedule timing & resource allocation to ensure targets are met.
Provide project leadership in all aspects of the project.
Technical training would be provided.
Handling International Client Project and also Back office operational work.
We are actually looking for candidates with :-
1. Excellent Communication skills
2. Experience in handling International Clients. (At least for 1 year) Exp:- 1 -5 yrs
3. Must be Graduate.(TY appeared will do)
4. Ready to work in Rotational shifts. ( As this Department would work 24 x 7 ) -
5. 8 Hours shift.
6. One who is looking for growth in his career.
SALARY :- 1.8 Lakhs to 4 Lakhs Annual CTC
