Division/ Business Unit: PCBU
Department: Spare part Division, customer support
Grade: TM 1
Location: Regional warehouse,Gurgaon
Educational Qualifications: B.E (Mech.)
Age Band: -26-30
Minimum relevant Work Experience: 3 years
Preferred Industry/ Organizations: Automobile Industry (Warehouse operations)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieving sales targets (primary and secondary) in the allotted territory
Enhancing and developing authorized retail network
Financial Perspective - Daily WH packing value (Output)
Financial Perspective - Cycle inventory for keeping the net/gross inventory variances within limits.
Financial Perspective - Premium freight cost for casual order dispatches thru' courier.
Financial Perspective - SPD Obsolete/non-moving, customer return damaged parts disposal.
Financial Perspective - Insurance cases and corrugated scrap recoveries.
Customer Perspective - Casual Order SDD readiness.
Customer Perspective - Reduction in wrong supply/damage claims.
Internal Business Perspective - Statutory Compliances for Excise, ST, MRP Act etc., SOX, Internal, Statutory, ISO, TBEM etc. compliances.
Learning & Growth Perspective - Training C & F Manpower for SOP, latest business changes etc.
