Job Description
• 6+ years of experience in Software Development with at least 2 years in a lead role
• Experience of managing small teams or equivalent role
• Exposure to Project Management activities and tools
• Problem Solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
Desired Profile
• Person should have hands-on experience in Mainframe Development projects
• Exposure to CICS/DB2/COBOL/JCL/VSAM
• BE / M Tech / MCA from good college / university
• Experience of delivering projects in financial services industry
