Support and Services Manager. (Life Support ,Catering ,Facility Maintenance, Fleet Management)

Location :- Central Kabul, Afghanistan .

Job Description :

- Manages all service contracts relating to maintenance of building systems.

- Ensures building compliance with OSHA and the NYC Dept. of Buildings regulations.

- Responsible for all aspects of building safety (i.e. annual inspections with NYC Fire Department, evacuation plan, etc)

- Troubleshoots facility problems as they arise and hires contractors as necessary.

- Conducts routine maintenance of building systems (i.e. HVAC).

- Supervises janitorial staff and work with them on building and grounds maintenance.
