Job Profile
Area of Working: Store, Purchase , Account & Administration
Store & Purchase Department
Maintaining Purchase Register, Goods Inward Register, Gate Passes Register.
Maintain Stock as per ABC Analysis.
Maintain Indenting, enquiry, quotation procedure.
Prepare Order finalization Sheet.
Prepare Purchase Order as per OFS.
Verifying Purchase Invoices for MIS Report.
Regular work for Vendor Development.
Tracks contract terms & conditions also Coordination with Accounts Department for error free bills booking
Reconcile & confirm all major Suppliers statements by quarterly account reconciliation for major creditors.
Candidate Profile
Stores Manager with minimum 05-10 Year Experience in our field with
Qualification of M.Com+Diploma in Material Management / I.C.W.A.(inter/final)
Should have experience in Store Management and Purchase Management
