Education: Diploma/B.E. in Electronics & Communications
To give presentations and demonstrations of new products to existing & potential customers.
To collect product related information from field & draw a comparative study of Shyam’s products with that of the competitors’.
Also educating vendors and engineers about the operation of our products.
To ensure that the team is performing physical and functional quality checks of the equipments, before they are installed.
To ensure timely Annual Maintenance Contracts of all installed products are obtained from clients.
