The profile should preferably be from Retail/Domestic BPO back ground. Experience of Bulk Hiring and open to extensive traveling is a must. Please ensure that the candidate has a good professional, educational and family background.
Qualification: MBA – HR
Experience: 6 to 8 yrs in Recruitment and Operations
Candidate Profile
· Prior experience in recruitment, selection process & Induction
· Since the role needs intense engagement with operations, the incumbent should have complete understanding of dynamics of operations/ processes in a multi branch retail customer facing environment.
· Experience in operations is a must to ensure overall adaptability / understanding of business environment
· Good Interpersonal skills,
· Excellent communication skills
· Facilitate Training Programs as per Project requirements & Info Security Awareness
· Compliance of Labour Laws
· Grievance Handling and timely redressal of issues
· Recruitment and selection
· Direct involvement in recruitment & other related HR activities.
· Clarification of various HR policies
· Manage HR procedures
· Ensure compliance to the HR procedures defined.
· Grievance Handling and timely redressal of issues
· Coordinate Information Security Audit
· Coordinate and resolve any HR related queries within region
