Familiar with the requirements of autospice, CMMI, MISRA, TS16949, and their application to automotive systems
Experience in Quality Assurance and Engineering & Design (H/W, S/W)
Familiar with tools for supporting S/W Development (SA/SD-tools, CM,)
Familiar with process improvement methods (6 Sigma, DFSS, TQM, QMS, Audits, Assessments)
Experience in the process for developing safety related software for automotive systems
Six Sigma Certification, Certified autoSPICe Assessor / TS16949 assessor highly desirables
Experience : 3-8 Yrs
Comm Skill : Need 4 of 5 rating of 5 point scale
Travel : Should be open to travel within India based on project need

Organizational Support:·
- Definition, implementation and regular review of processes and supporting procedures, work instructions
- Identification and implementation of necessary activities for achievement and maintenance of external certification approvals
- Collect and analyze process performance metrics and identify and manage continuous improvement activities
- Facilitate internal & external assessment and audits and manage corrective action plan
- Provide engineering personnel with training and coaching in the documented quality system
- Implementation of quality-tools for process improvements incl. user training and support
Project Support:
- Ensure customer projects undertake adequate quality planning prior to launch
- Define and manage project Quality Plan
- Review of engineering deliverable to ensure conformance to documented processes and applicable standards
- Ensure Configuration Management requirements are complied with
- Prepare monthly project Quality Report
- Support customer audits and assessments
- Review and report on supplier quality
Salary Rs 3,00,000 - Rs 4,00,000 PA
