Desired Profile
Should have handled C&B role in the past at least at execution level. Must have good knowledge of SAP payroll, Should be able to deal with employee and manager queries and facilitate C&B issues.
Handle annual revision, incentive planning and hiring , exit process. Knowledge of Salary Mapping and fitment. Will also be one point contact for Onsite compensation offers.
