Assertive, courteous personality with good organizational and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English language both written and spoken, essential.
Technical background with experience in a similar position in Shipping or Offshore Industry or Seagoing experience.

Summary of Duties :
Estimating
Preparation of detailed/accurate estimates and the final bid document (tender) for all types of vessels.
Inspection of the vessels whenever required and discussion of technical/commercial details with Owner's Representative.
Invoicing
Discussion of the technical and commercial details and negotiation of prices with the Yard's subcontractors.
Inspection of vessels, follow up repairs and cost control.
Discussion of the technical/commercial details with Owner's Representative(s), negotiation and settlement of the invoice.
Responsible for implement and monitor OHSAS Management System.
