Requirements:
To assist the BD Team to conduct preliminary feasibility of all projects before a decision is made to pursue the project further. This involves recommending appropriate financial structures as well.
Evaluation of the financial feasibility of real estate projects both Greenfield developments and acquisition of ready assets (in commercial space – Press Note 3). Assistance will be provided to the BD team for all projects by interacting with construction team, architectural team, marketing team if needed.
Experience:
Financial modelling on Post tax basis. Good understanding of financial concepts – NPV/IRR/ Structuring of transactions
