I) Position Summary
The candidate will have a Regional role leading Sales for Enterprise Voice product stack (PBX Trunking, hosted PBX, Telepresence, ITFS, Global Audio conferencing, SIP Trunking, VCIPLC).
The role covers the areas of market analysis and requirement study, service development, go to market, sales ownership for product line. He would also interface with carriers to manage voice termination services across portfolio of our client Enterprise voice product portfolio.
Major Activities (Responsibilities)
· Responsible for Achievement of Budgets (nos. & Rev.) from the Listed Accounts.
· Establish and implement review timetable to ensure improving revenue and customer Service.
· Limiting churn/ increasing sales through account specific VAS.
· Develop internal and external relationships to ensure timely execution of order, resolving complaints.
· Will be responsible for generation of MIS.
3) Requisite Skills:
Technical : Telecom Exposure (Preferable)
Functional
Knowledge of MPLS networking and VOIP solutions
Experience with service providers like BT, AT&T, Sify, Equant working on Voice VPN solutions.
Experience in working on requirements, solution design of VOIP solutions for MNC’s.
Understanding of Enterprise voice feature requirements, MPLS networking, Multi–geography Office IP PABX and voice networking (VOIP) environment.
