Role & Responsibilities in brief
· Monitoring service activities of the area through dealer service head & team of service personnel.
· Responsible for warranty administration of the area through dealer
· Manage key accounts of the area through packaging of service and spares delivery
· Identify, assess and update training needs of service personnel with regards to soft skills and competency in handling different machine models.
· Handling institutional customers as regards to direct sale of spare parts and capital equipments.
Total Experience 7+(Yrs)
Relevant Experience 5+(Yrs)
Educational Qualification BE / Diploma
Specific Requirements (If any)
· SAP knowledge preferred
· Exposure to Hydraulics
Salary Rs 7,00,000 - Rs 10,00,000 PA
