Job Profile
Requirements of candidate
1) Any graduate (IT graduate preferred )
2) Fluency in both written and oral communication
3) Should carry presentable and aggressive personality
4) Should have proper conveniencing skills
5) Experience candidate preferred
6) Should be target oriented
Responsibilities
1) New client generation.
2) Maintaining old client relations.
3) Selling software products.
4) Following instructions of sales manager.
5) Achieving sales target.
6) Collection of document and payments.
7) Client servicing.
Training
8) 7 days of training.
9) Per product sell 10 %.
10) Traveling included with OJT.
On Job Training (Target Based)
1) 3 weeks of OJT.
2) Per product sell 10 %.
3) Traveling allowance 1000 INR.
On completion of a minimum target, there will be a product test and after passing through that test the executive will be hired on pay roll, (and it is mandatory to clear both the training test as well as product target, to get through on job training).And even if one of the condition is not satisfied by the candidate then he will not be Recruited.
When on pay roll
1) Fixed Salary 8000 to 14,000 INR
2) Above the given target 10% on each product sell.
