Reporting Relationship: Team Leader – Outbound/Inbound
Job Role
 Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
 Ensure customer “delight†and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues.
 Outbound phone - tele marketing of Bank Liabilities products - CASA, Fixed Deposits, Mutual Funds etc.

 Good communication skills
 Eye for details
 Excellent selling skills
 Good command over English
 Customer Orientation
 Working knowledge of computers
 Thorough overall understanding of banking
Educational Qualifications
 Graduate (minimum)
Experience Profile
 At least 6 months of telesales experience in a financial sector
Salary
1 - 1.75 lacs p.a.
