Position : Operations Manager
Reports to : CEO
Qualification : B.E/B.Tech in any stream/BCA/MCA/B.Sc-IT/M.Sc-IT
Experience : more than 4 years
Salary : Open
Location : Mangalore

1. Should be a self-starter, dynamic and a fast decision maker with
2. skills to initiate new business relationships
3. Should have strong oral and written communication skills with imposing presentation skills
4. Should be able to make strategic planning and should be able to formulate, manage effective business alliances
5. Should be able to work under pressure and must be comfortable in client interface
6. Extremely organized and highly motivated with day-to-day client management experience
7. Providing specific inputs on aspects of off-shoring work (such as costs, organization structure etc), to the onshore team
8. Planning and tracking of all project resources
ï‚§ Managing and leading the project team.
ï‚§ Co-ordination of the working groups engaged in project work.
ï‚§ Regularly monitoring and mentoring Team Leaders to identify levels of performance, areas of improvement and standard of service provided.

2. Responsible for preparation of overall project schedules which includes:
ï‚§ Developing and maintaining detailed project planning and control.
ï‚§ Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.

3. Coordinate with client & team related to projects to plan and track project variables
ï‚§ Providing status reports to the client.
ï‚§ Meeting client requirements and responsible for SLA, C-SAT and scores on floor.
ï‚§ Have regular meetings with the Clients & team to keep abreast with any new developments or change in policies and procedures.

4. Raise early warning signals for corrective action to ensure schedule adherence

ï‚§ Prepare management reports on project progress and escalate issues that need to be addressed in a timely basis
ï‚§ Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.
ï‚§ Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.
ï‚§ Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.
ï‚§ Monitoring project progress and performance.
ï‚§ Ensuring Quality calibrations sessions with the other Sites and the clients to ensure the fable quality of the team members.

5. Grasp of basic financial concepts and structures
ï‚§ Managing project training within the defined budget.
ï‚§ Optimize, implement and successfully manage production efficiency and quality standards.
ï‚§ Manage the day-to-day activities of the process to assure that safety and best practices are maximized

6. Planning capability with ability to factor in all variables
ï‚§ Prepare operational analyses for the department.
ï‚§ Responsible for the daily production operations of the company and all its components.
ï‚§ Maintain and improve process efficiency and quality standards adherence.
ï‚§ Develop and update all operations procedure manuals.
ï‚§ Co-ordination with the support functions to ensure smooth operations.
ï‚§ Prepare daily reports to track floor performance.
 Devised various reports and POA’s for the same.
ï‚§ Have quarterly reviews to gauge the performance and motivate and train them if required.
ï‚§ People management & Attrition.
ï‚§ Forecasting related to the Call Trends with changing scenarios.

7. Able to proactively identify project issues and address the same
ï‚§ Liaison with, and updates progress to, project staff and management.
ï‚§ Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities.
ï‚§ Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.
ï‚§ Identifying user training needs and devising and managing user training program.
ï‚§ Analyze and implement process flow improvements, to include capabilities for growth.
ï‚§ Develop and oversee implementation and administration of department policies, systems, and procedures.
ï‚§ Worked on various motivational activities to increase the performance in quality.
ï‚§ To constantly provide with refresher training in order to generate uniform responses.
ï‚§ Should be instrumental in the recruitment of new hires and interviewing.

8. Knowledge of tools related to Project planning such as MS Project, Primavera etc
