Designation: Associate Financial Service Manager for various channel mention below -
Age: Max 28 yrs
Education: B.com with 15 months Exp in sales or MBA fresher can also apply
Salary Package: 2.5 lacs p.a. (Fixed) + incentives
Job Description -
1. AFSM Banc assurance Have tie-up with banks, so have to approach the walk-in customers in the given bank branch and have to sell life insurance.
2. AFSM Direct Marketing Will be responsible to sell life insurance directly to customers on field. 50% leads will be given and 50% have to generate by own.
3. AFSM Corporate Agency Will be responsible to sell life insurance only to the corporate clients.
4. AFSM Health Will be responsible to do tie-up with Doctors, Chemists, and Medical shops and generate database from them of the customer. Sell health insurance, mediclaim to these customers.
