>Sourcing of trainers on different IT Technologies,
>Allocating of training schedule to the trainers.
>Handling Feedback of training programmes conducted.
Skills required:
>Good Communication skills
>Ability to work in pressure.
>Experience working into recruitments-IT recruitments preferred.
>Good convincing & negotiating skills.
