Position:Financial Officer/ Financial Executive
Job Description:
* Meet the revenue targets on a monthly basis.
* Responsible for identifying need and providing financial planning assistance-solution oriented.
* To provide excellent customer service in terms of renewals and deliveries.
* To provide quick response to customer queries.
* Even filing of applications and focus on all product categories.
* Strict adherence to sales process.
* To ensure that all the forms are filled correctly before submission to help minimize delays in
policy enforcements.
* To gain customer confidence to manage his / her complete financial portfolio.
* Telemarketing calls to prospective clients and develop market through a process of continuous
prospecting.
* Responsible for educating the prospects about our products viz- a- viz competitor products.
* Maintaining team productivity and achieving team and individual targets.
Requirements:
1) Graduate with minimum 0-4 yrs experience in Insurance field, experience in sales of Financial Services would be an advantage.
2) Good academic record
3) A consistently good record in sales or sales management role with potential for leading others.
4) Past record of motivating others towards achievement of ambitious targets and attaining higher levels of performance will be an added advantage.
5) Strong Leadership qualities and ability to coach and mentor others.
6) Knowledge of the market place.
7) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8) Aggressive with drive and high energy levels who shows potential to mentor/lead a team of Financial Consultants

Qualification: Graduate.
